i'd say hitler has the qualities of a good leader, BUT he used it in the wrong way. a leader must have integrity, it's the most important!only when that leader has integrity, will the followers be willing to follow him/her. people won't b afraid of a good leader, they'll respect him/her WHOLEHEARTEDLY.it's not bcos he/she will die if they don't respect the leader, it's bcos the leader is WORTH RESPECTING. it's also not bcos you'll get any benefits if u obey and respect him, it's bcos HE is worth respecting! only when u haf the qualities of a good leader and u use it properly, not abusing your power or authority, can you be called a GOOD leader...
the cruelty of his is most what doesn't make him that good a leader.
Well, many people have different views of what a leader is like, for instance Hitler.I regard Hilter as a leader reason being,he had qualities of a leader.Etc:He was a good public speaker thus able to speak in front of a motley crowd and able to influence them with his ideas.he was also wise which made him able to plan and lead well.He also had good leadership which enables him to lead Germany.Hitler was able to convince the people that he looked into the interest of the people and Germany.He was also strict with the people.Hitler was able to make Germany's economy better, provide job opportunities for the people too.He knew that the people were suffering under from the treaty of versailles, thus he went against it to help the people, bought the people out from suffering and hardship.
However,he was not a perfect good role model as he lacked of some qualities that a perfect leader should have.A few examples are:
firstly,he accused the communists for the reichstag fire though is was not started by them.He practised violence and was also racist.He used violence to make the people scared of him and thus obey him.this is not what a role model should do, a role model should try to win about the support of the people by convincing them , earning their respect and support through ways that are not violent and forceful.Hitler was also cruel.In order to have complete control within his own power, he shot many of the SA leaders on the night of the long knives.He lacked of compassion.
therefore,i think that hitler is a leader but not a good role model.We should only pick up his leadership qualities.

In my opinion, I think Hitler is a good leader. He has many good qualities that a leader should have. For example,
1. Outspoken
2. Confident
3. Care for his people
4. Organized
5. Helped in solving the economic problems in his country
These qualities show him to be a good leader, as he cared for his people and strived for his country’s success. He thinks in a very structured manner and thinks ahead for the future of his country.
However, he is also not a good leader, as he possesses some bad qualities a leader should not have such as being a racist. He discriminated against the Jews, disabled as he thought they were useless to him, because they would not help in any way for the country’s success. He also had no integrity, as he started the Reichstag fire and put the blame on the communists.
Thus, I feel that he cannot be a good role model for Singaporeans as Singapore is a multi-racial country. If Hitler takes over, Singapore would break out in race riots every now and then, resulting in loss of lives.
In conclusion, I think that Hitler is a good leader but not a good role model.
hepjlcto me, i do not think that hitler is a good role model because alot of things that he have done is too cruel and brutle, and the people does not deserve this type of punishment. he shoud use other ways to punish them. he should not demand the respect, but should earned the respect for himself.
ther is 1 incident that i realli feel very angry. it is the grudge he have agaimst the jews. i felt that they do not deserve death penalty because of 1 small problem. he can use other ways to resolve this problem. however, instead of using other solutions, he continue to use the death penalty on them. this cause alot of hurt among the jews, as their love ones have been killed and the scar is there. no matter how long, the scar will still always be there. however he managed to kill 2 million of jews which is what he always wanted.
however i do find him a good role model is because he manage to lead germany out of the darkness and into the light. he is also quite impartial. if his subjects were to go against, they will suffer the same punishment as others. ther is no escape.
in conclusion, i still find him NOT a good role model, for his wrong doings is more than his leadership qualities and it leaves a great impact on readers like me. =)
